eCoverBox started in 2005 designing product covers and sales pages for online businesses. Two decades and more than a thousand projects later, we do the same thing for local businesses in Perth — just a great deal faster.
Where we came from
eCoverBox has been working with businesses and online marketers since 2005. In the early years that meant product covers, minisite graphics, sales letters and full site builds for people selling digital products — an industry where a page either converted or it didn't, and you found out within a week.
That's a useful school to come up through. It teaches you that design isn't decoration, that speed matters more than polish, and that the client's results are the only review that counts. Some of the people who hired us in 2009 are still clients.
What changed
The work is the same; the customer is different. Today it's a plumber in Canning Vale, a café in Vic Park, a clinic in Joondalup — businesses that need to look credible, be findable, and not spend five thousand dollars finding out whether a website helps.
So we built our own platform. Not WordPress with a stack of plugins, but a content system we wrote and have refined across hundreds of builds. That's the whole reason a proper website can cost $300 here and $3,000 elsewhere: we're not rebuilding the same foundations every time, and we're not funding an office in West Perth out of your quote.
How we work
Fixed prices, published on the site. No discovery call before you're allowed to know what something costs. You send your details, we build in 48 hours, then we revise after launch rather than before it — because a site earning nothing while it's perfected is the most expensive kind of website there is.
And you own everything. Your domain and hosting are in accounts with your name on them. If you ever want to leave, we hand it all over and help you move. That's been the policy since 2005 and it's not going to change.
Who you'll deal with
Sam, mostly. You'll notice his name in the testimonials below going back over a decade — that's deliberate. There's no account manager relaying your feedback to a designer you never meet. You talk to the person doing the work, which is a large part of why things move quickly.
Where we work
Perth is home and it's where we understand the market best — the suburbs, the trades, what a local search actually looks like here. But we've delivered for clients across Australia, the UK, the US and Europe, and we still do. If you're outside Perth, nothing changes except that we do it over email and video call.

You own your business
Domain, hosting, files, content. All in your name. Anyone who holds those hostage is telling you something.
Prices in public
If a price has to be hidden until a sales call, the price is whatever they think you will pay. Ours are on the site.
Say no when it fits
If ads suit you better than a blog, we'll say so. Selling you the wrong thing once costs more than it earns.
